This is Annual Sports Registration form 2018-19 please Fill and Submit
Instructions for the Registration
1) Fill the form for one student
2) After filling the form Click on Submit Button
3) After Clicking on Submit Button you will get Remark "Your Response is recorded.
4) After this Two Options will be seen bellow this or end of the form
           a) Edit your previous response
           b) Record new response
5) To fill new students form you have to select "b" option.
After all students registration The P.T. Teacher will get all the list ready according....
          a) Age wise
          b) Class wise
          c) Event wise
          d) Genders wise
          e) According to our requirements.
