 Dear Students,

For this sport Meet we have decided to take only three events which are suitable to take online and offline too.
Events for the Sport Meet
1. Skipping
2. Yoga
3. Surya Namaskar

NoteAny contestant can take part in only one event.

Important Note
All the contestants have to read  the following terms and conditions carefully. All the the guidelines are provided.

Yoga Asanas
Asanas are performed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The use of breathing and focus can help relieve stress and anxiety. The poses are not meant to simply be physical exercises but rather used holistically as a mind-body practice to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Events:
YOGA
Performance Rules
1. Time 2 Minutes
2. Perform yogas in the following sequence when order is issued.
1) Uttanpadasana (30°)
2) Dhanurasana.
3) Ardha-matsyendrasana (One side only)
4) Virasana
5) Ugrasana
3. Contestants have to manage their given time(2 minutes) in five yogasanas.
4. All yogasanas are shown in the above given pictures in details for your reference.

Follow the Steps and guidance lines while performing your Event online on "GOOGLE MEET" App

Common Guidelines for Skipping, Yoga & Surya Namaskar
1. Get your Code from website.
2. Get your Sequence Number of the list from website.
3. See Online Event Time Table and get ready for the Event.
4. Download Google Meet App from play Store...
Click to Download 👇
5. Click on the Meeting link which will be given you before oneday on Whatsapp.
6. Set your Mobile phone properly so you can show your performance clearly. 
7. Arrange your Yoga mat or any mat before mobile screen.
8. Perform yoga in proper light so Judges can see you...
9. Important : paste your code on your chest which must be readable or visible before displaying your any event.
10. Without the code contestants will not be iligible for the contest and immediately will be out of Game.
11. When Teacher will announce your code or Name you have to tell your code to the Jugdes and immediately start to display your event.
12. After your performance you may leave the meeting.
13. After your performance you may check your Score on Website immediately.
14. Contestants Name will be announced as per the sequence given on the website. Get ready as per the sequence.
15. Once your code or named is announced and if you don't appear before the camera you will be out of compitition.
16. Those Contestants will be out of competition may not get second chance at cost.
17. Late commers will be out of game and there will not be any excuse for them.
18. Any technical issues like Internet or Network may affect your score. Such realated  Complaints will not be listend and entertained. For such issues you yourself will be responsible. 
19. While displaying yoga, skipping and Surya Namaskar in fornt of camera you must be cover yourself fully in camera. Partially showing yourself in camera may affect your score.
20. Perform your event in given time to avoid your less score.

Major Terms & Conditions
1. Yoga : Time Limit : 2 Minutes
2. Suryanamaskara: Maximum Suryanamaskara in 2 minute
3.Skipping- Maximum Skipping 2 minutes

Surya Namaskar
Surya Namaskar, also known as 'The Ultimate Asana', strengthens your back as well as your muscles and brings down blood sugar levels. It also improves metabolism and blood circulation (hence, a glowing skin) and ensures regular menstrual cycle for women.

Skipping
Skipping properly uses big and small muscles, and improves good hand-eye coordination. It's all about movement, so you should feel like you're increasing your heart rate and challenging yourself.
